Today I received my Life Q30. I was able to connect it to my smartphone and FireTV stick without any problems, but my Denon AV receiver did not recognise the Life Q30 by bluetooth. What to do?

It is probably not a compatible device for the Life Q30. You can always try the included AUX cord.
I thought Bluetooth was a standard.
Maybe a firmware update can increase compatibility?
