I need to have a way to permanently turn off the transparency mode of my Life Q30s headphones. Every time i touch the right panel of the speaker is activated/deactivated. Its so annoying. Anker/Soundcore should update firmware so we can disable transparency mode through the soundcore app. Otherwise whats the point of the app. I could EQ my songs through my smartphone’s audio app…

You really need to contact service@soundcore.com for this to let them know
Their service department will send it to their tech and if enough is sent or if they feel it is a nice improvement, they will add that to an update.
Q30 been out for a bit, and I would think they may do it more in the next version potentially than an older version.
