Which speakers are you trying to link?
I ask because TWS can only be linked with each other and only 2 at a time (Ex: 2 Motion Booms can be liked in TWS).

Make sure that they aren’t connected to more than one device…
The main speaker needs to be connected to the music device and subsequent speakers not paired to any music device…
If partycast press and hold main speaker BT button, it should blink white… do same with second speaker and it should join…
