Listen to Hayley Williams' new album 'FLOWERS for VASES / descansos'
I had a chance to listen through the album… while I found it easy listening, I also found it to be an underwhelming studio release. Not much significant differentiation between tracks. On the last track, just a lover, there was promise and it was perhaps the best track on the album.
Too bad, as I was expecting a bit more from Haley, but good so see she has some new music.

Unfortunately, as much as I like Hayley’s voice and think she’s very talented, this is definitely not my cup of tea. The lyrics for Wait On were nice, it’s the only one I partly liked, but it’s not a song I would listen to more than once as it’s too slow for my tastes.
There are a lot of people who love this sort of music though. Hopefully next time she releases something it’s more up my street, in the meantime I will continue to listen to Paramore!
