Does live chat ever work here?
i have a problem with my order which I made from Friday and there are no upgrades on that but there is No one to inform me about it.

Remember the weekend.
Give the staff here also such a rest as you enjoyed.

Agree with the others. I personally don’t expect a response over the weekend.

Well i made my order in friday Morning…
I just needed a response that everything is fine…cause as far as I know weekend is Saturday and Sunday and Now that I reply is Monday Night. :confused:

Which platform did you order off of?

If the Soundcore site, I’d have expected a quick note back… if amazon, not so sure…
