Motion+ cracking static sound

Hi! I have a Motion+ speaker since a year, recently it started making cracking and static sounds! Does anyone have the same issue…?

I have two of them and neither one have that issue. Since the warranty is 18 months, I’d suggest contacting Customer Service:

Have Motion+ for morw than a month. No issue.

I would contact the support.
This is the only way to get help and the issue fixed.
