We are not such a fan of BBQ.

I have a gas grill, as well as a smoker that needs mending. If we head to the park I tend to use charcoal, as I enjoy the challenge and resulting flavour.

Maybe a few more weeks left here before things start to cool…seems like always snow for the 31st…

I know were getting off topic but I prefer Charcoal for the flavor it imparts to the food, but I like LP (gas) for it’s convenience. Plus I have it on good authority that Motion + tastes better over Charcoal. :rofl:
