Motion + pair with Grace Internet radio

Can I pair Grace Mondo Elite to Motion + or any Anker Audio BT device?

According to description Grace Mondo Elite can transmit audio to bluetooth headphones. I think it should be able to transmit sound to bluetooth speakers as well.
