In this latest firmware update, when listening to music with Noise Cancelling enabled, the music will sound far away or muffled and Normal mode seems like it might be heavier on bass than it was previously. Bass Boost is not on. It was immediately noticeable to me after the firmware update. Is there a way to roll back to the prior firmware?

I would try turning off and on and see if that helps but would contact service@soundcore.com to let them know what was going on. They can work on another update or probably can give help on a prior firmware potentially.
