After 60+ minutes the Q30 is not charged. Why? If a five minute charge is supposed to give you 4 hours of listening why is this device not charging after 60 minutes?
My new LIFE Q30 has been charging for over one hour. How long should it take?
What kind of charger are you using?
Try different cable. It is a 0.65A 5V input so all chargers should perform the same.
It takes 2 hours to charge from empty, half that time is getting it from 70% to full - trickle charge - which all small battery products require to not overheat. Chances are after an hour you’re more than 50% charged.
When they quote 5 mins = 4 hours, they are referring to the fact an empty battery recharges fastest. Don’t treat recharge as linear.
