My Raven Neo doesn't want to power up

it powers up for like five seconds but the lights look fade then automatically goes off wont let me get paired or anything i dont know whats wrong i put it to charge but it says is full so i dont understand

Is there a reset possible?
Otherwise you should contact the support.
