New Music Friday Is Back + Exciting News

Hi everyone,

New Music Friday is finally BACK after a week off :partying_face:

Before the winners are announced, I’ve got a huge announcement to share with you:

Starting Monday 11th May, we’re partnering with our friend Krish Sharma to bring you 5 days of livestreams from some very exciting up-and-coming musicians. As you probably remember from this thread, Krish is a Grammy Award Winning Audio Engineer (and CEO of BYG Music) who helped us develop Liberty 2 Pro!

We’ve joined forces with Krish and his team again to bring you a series of livestreams to brighten your day and introduce you to 5 new artists. In order to let you get to know who’s who, we’ll share some information about the musician 24 hours before the livestream begins so stay tuned for the first sneak peek :clap:

Who else is super excited to get a week of live music?!

Now, finally onto announcing the winners from our last post:

1st Place: The Weeknd - Blinding Lights

@unknownx receives 15 Giveaway Tickets.

2nd Place: Haily Reinhart - Don’t Know How To Love You

@EL_JEFE_REVIEWS receives 10 Giveaway Tickets.

3rd Place: Foo Fighters - Everlong

@thebassline receives 5 Giveaway Tickets.

Congratulations to you all!

How do I get involved this week?

It’s easy! Just share a YouTube link to your favorite song of the week in the comments below! In Monday’s Core Update we’ll share the submitted songs in a poll and then your fellow Collective members can vote for their favorite. The top 3 songs will be announced in next week’s post and Giveaway Tickets will be awarded.

Good luck!

One of the members passed away this week!

Its a typical minimalistic “Deutsch Rock” from the 70ies.
There are many others.
My be I should publish one very famous the next week.

I am going to go completely off the mainsteam singers and to a favorite back in the day that always put a smile on my face and probably yours… Ray Stevens. Ray Steven, Weird Al and Cletus T Judd always great fun to listen too then and now.

Katharine McPhee shared a clip from this video earlier, and I’m pretty sure we’re all “Over It” at this point of our various “stay at home orders,” too.
