Im trying to get my money back from a package which was has never reached me and was sent back.
For a month now im trying to write mails and i get lied to every time claiming its taking only just a few more days.

It has the phone number as well. I know I had that issue with a dog collar that I ordered. I got a large dog collar in a small dog collar tin. I returned it but it took 2 months to get a message they received it back.
I also had a poster that my kid bought take 2 months due to the postal service on Chicago.
So try calling this Monday and see what is going on. I have always had a good experience with them so far.
