Noise Feedback on left cup of a Q30

I`ve just noticed a horrible noise feedback on the left cup of my Anker Q30, when the ANC is active. I’ve tried all three types of ANC, but what they do is attenuate the feedback a bit.

Is this a normal thing?

How should I proceed?

Write an email to the support, they are always happy to help customers.

We did often support’s work here in the past,
but now, because the forum is dead, we will not do this anymore.

I would check with support.

It sounds like one of the earcup is messed up. The mics are used to cancel out the some of the outside noise but you seem to be getting feedback from them instead.

I would at least make sure they are up to date and do a reset of the them before contacting support
