Franz, the issue isnt here now, I reported it to 5 team members got 1 reply, so we can stop the “do they know?” Message.
Wait for a fix.
Incident Management:
- customer report
- acknowledgement, if existing ticket open same problem give them the problem ticket number, otherwise create problem ticket and reply back.
- post a known problem banner to stop repeat customer reports.
- solve the problem
- update banner saying resolved and PM the users reported as closed quoting problem number.

If this is load related, as it’s apparent no crew working weekends and the load is high at weekends, there’s a potential full weekend outage looming if not fixed.
