Franz, the issue isnt here now, I reported it to 5 team members got 1 reply, so we can stop the “do they know?” Message.

Wait for a fix.

Incident Management:

  • customer report
  • acknowledgement, if existing ticket open same problem give them the problem ticket number, otherwise create problem ticket and reply back.
  • post a known problem banner to stop repeat customer reports.
  • solve the problem
  • update banner saying resolved and PM the users reported as closed quoting problem number.

I did audits of operations centers for a living…

If this is load related, as it’s apparent no crew working weekends and the load is high at weekends, there’s a potential full weekend outage looming if not fixed.

With me it is similar, so no improvement.

Ok, thanks for letting me know. I will report it back to the IT team. :+1:

*Update - they are looking into it further and working on a fix

@sean.L For me it is as bad as it has never been - just a disaster. :hushed: Pages won’t load and I keep getting the 502 error. I take the opportunity that I can still write, because I don’t know if it will be possible in a few minutes.:worried:

It’s the same for me. I’m getting both 502 and 504 errors. The site is basically unusable for me at the moment.

Thank you.
Please make sure that something will happen.
The performance is a real disaster.

As long as you stay on one page, it is ok

It’s better, there are no 502, 504 errors, but the pages are slow to load :worried:.

Yes of course.
Whenever I change to soundcore’s website I have to login.
Absolutely weird.
Not acceptable!.
