As stated above, play pause function (press button once) not working, other functions using the same buttons still work, but pressing button once no longer does anything

What does the app say are the button settings?
I checked mine out today, and noticed that there is some lag between single button press and the action.
In watching Netflix or listening to music, there was a delay of maybe 1-2 seconds. Enough for me to try again. Once I figured out the delay, I waited after pressing and it was okay.
The app only seems to customize 2 tap and 1s press.
I also noticed that if you are only using 1 earbud at a time, the custom functions won’t work.
Did you update the firmware to latest?
Lag would make sense. How does it know difference between single and double tap if it doesn’t wait to see if the 2nd tap is coming.
