Before firmware update both windows and Linux cut the start 2-3 secs of audio.
After update Windows fixed Linux still the same.
For music it’s fine but notification beeps you just never hear
Powerconf Linux cuts first 2-3 secs
You may want to get this addressed with Anker Support, since the PowerConf is stated to work with Windows and Mac, there is no explicit support mentioned for Linux.
I have tested this with Chromebook, and works fine, so it should work well with Linux. Which flavor/fork of Linux are you using - Debian/Ubuntu or any other?
