I just received my PowerConf S3 and downloaded the Soundcore app for Android (version 2.3.1). The speaker is connected to my phone (I can hear music, e. g.) but the device is not listed within the app. I guess that this is not right? Are there any special steps to have the device show up?
You have to connect the speaker to the Bluetooth.
You will open the app and search for it through the speaker or headphones, you will search for speakers.
Navigate down til you find PowerConf S3
Click it, it will do a search of your BT devices and pop up the BT screen.
Click the PowerConf S3
It should now be connected to the app.
After this, you should be able to go to my devices to see it there any other time. (as the first time, it should populate to the PowerConf page.
