Problem with the button on my liberty air

So I have problems with the button of my liberty air and when I try to use it it just doesn’t want to work sometimes. Is there a special wag I have to touch it?

Do you have the original liberty air, if so the touch controls work like most other touch controls in that you have to tap it in just the right spot. Also if you generally have cold hands it mau not register the touches properly and can cause erratic controls. Now this doesnt mean its an issue of the earbuds, its just touch controls respond and work better for some people over others.

If you dont like touch controls then I reccomend getting the Life P2 as these have great sound and actual physical buttons
