Hello! Three months ago, I purchased a pair of Soundcore Life Q20 headphones. So far, I have loved them. Just as of today, the sound has become distorted - anytime I pair it with my device, I get a thin, scratchy, echoey sound.
I tried resetting the headphones - plugged them in to power, and pressed the on/off plus the volumeup button - but rather then the power light blinking twice as purple, the noise canceling button blinks, and then the power button blinks twice as purple, and then just stays on purple after that…until it is unplugged, and then it changes to a steady blue and won’t let me turn it on or off.
Would anyone know what this means? I am super confused, and don’t know what to do next.
