(Hello! First post here so please excuse any misunderstandings in the way in which your community works)
I just got a pair of Q30s from Soundcore and while they work perfectly when connected via Bluetooth to my phone, I can’t seem to get any good quality audio out of them if I connect them to my PC through the included 3.5mm Jack cable. The audio sounds extremely muffled, to the point that it’s annoying to use. I bought these to replace an older, cheaper pair of headphones that sound better connected to my computer and were half as expensive.
I’m thinking that maybe there’s a more hidden audio driver from Soundcore than I should install, but I wasn’t able to find it online.
Any tips on how to improve this issue? I’m aware of the fact that I won’t get an EQ right out of the box like I do on my phone, but once again the quality is so, so bad through the wired connection that I can’t disregard it as a problematic EQ setting.
