Q30 audio stuttering on Bluetooth

My q30 having stuttering occasionally. I am using redmi note 10. How to fix?

I would delete the headphoses from the bt - list of the phone.
I would do a reset of the headphones
then connect them again.
btw are these “stuttering” when you use another bt-source?

After googling, I found that I need to restart my phone and change codec on my phone setting. so, it is fixed. thanks
