Looks like hardware problem.
I suggest to reset it anyway. If it will not help and headphones are under warranty just contact customer service by email service@soundcore.com

Do you hear the power-up and mode state change from the left or not?

Is this same on different devices (different phones for example)?

If you don’t hear anything, and if it’s the same across different devices it is definitively a hardware failure and initiate a warranty process.

If you do hear startup / mode change but don’t hear your media then less likely hardware fault, look at a full reset of everything.

I would add, try them wired and see if you still get no sound from the Left Side.
