hello, some time ago while creating a cusom setting i noticed a text concerning a setup save here beinhin soundcore, but i missed that. something with saving something. maybee that is trhe reason why my q30 always forgets zhe sond settings an starts with te first setting system setup , and i always must call ma cusom setting again and again. is that a reason ffor a producht comnplain? can i maybe get a new one whhat was it that i have possibly miissed, and i cann ot openn may personal proofile, t there is one…
