Q30 has intermittent glitches when BT is connected to desktop windows 10 pc

The product works perfectly when connected to my iPhone. However, when I switch to desktop mode, I experience intermittent glitches, i.e music plays, cracks (breaks) for a split second then continues. I have done the following but the problem persists:

  1. Reset the headphones (5 seconds)
  2. Disconnect and reconnect
  3. Remove the device and create a new connection
  4. Reboot the pc
    Are there any other suggestions?

Use the orinial bt driver given by driver’s manufacturer instead of the default one from MS.

Delete all your pairings too. Don’t pair with your phone.

Thanks for the suggestions. I am using the original driver from my manufacturer (Asus) and I have also deleted all the pairings, including my phone, but the problem still persists. Any other suggestions?

Try switching PC WiFi to 5Ghz.
