Q30 headphones not pairing with app, iphone or computer

The title says it all. “q30 headphones not pairing with app, iphone or computer.”

I have reset the q30 by holding the on/off button simultaneously with the volume + button for 5 seconds. I have turned the q30 on and off. Nothing works. Any advice? When trying to pair via Windows 10 - the q30 does not show up for pairing. Same with my iphone.

Any suggestions pls?

Hey there, please let me know if these troubleshooting tips are helpful:

  • Confirm the headphones are fully charged (the indicator will off when it’s fully charged)
  • “Forget” the headphones in your device’s Bluetooth history

For Windows 10, some customers said it’s resolved by reinstalling windows 10 on the computer.

Forgot to add the neither of the two troubleshooting steps was helpful. The headphones were/are fully charged. Also, . I was uanble to “Forget” because neither the app, iPhone or computer completed an initial pairing.
