Im using the q30 and added on an iPhone within the soundcore app some custom eq presets.
Every time I switch the headphone off and on again or restart the soundcore app there is an new Custom preset added. Some kind of default one (bass -6…).
This is not happening if I don’t add some own presets.
The q30 should „remember“ the last custom preset and reload exact this one.
Furthermore after a every restart there should be no new custom preset. After some testing I had 4 of these.

Yes, same here! Have you contacted support? I just did earlier, hopefully they will reply. And I really hope they can fix this bug soon…
