Since I updated to version 1.9 I got the problem that sometimes the volume is set to max. By clicking volume up the volume is set to 0 and begins to go up. I dont know when it is set to max but with firmware 1.8 i did not have this problem. I also think the noice cancelling worked better with 1.8
How can I get back to version 1.80?

As for your problem, have you changed anything since the firmware update? Like started using multipoint connection or anything like that? Also @Logically has been having this issue as well so try reaching out to service@soundcore.com. They are the only ones who can do anything about reverting versions
