Shows up in Bluetooth settings as just “music” (no mic). Have tried unpairing. Held buttons on headset. Nothing works. Seeing 1000 other threads here but nothing I try works. About to send this back to Amazon.

Change the bt driver from the default one to this given by the bt card manufacturer.
Otherwise do a search here at the forum.
Maybe its only a question of the setting under WIN.
It has been a while since I hooked my q30 to the pc. If I remember right, I thought it would work that way. If I get a chance or remember, I will try it again.
