Q30 volume won't decrease on Zoom meetings with Windows 11

I’m having trouble with my Q30 headphones after updating from Windows 10 to Windows 11.

I use these headphones for audio and mic on Zoom meetings. When I use the headphones for audio only during a meeting, I don’t have any problems. When I use them for audio and mic, the audio volume turns as loud as possible and won’t decrease.

Any suggestions for how to resolve this problem? These headphones worked well with Zoom on Windows 10!

Wondering if these steps may help? Granted, it’s for the Q35s and win 10, but could be similar driver issues.

I had an issue on my new headphones , using two of my laptops, the Mic would not work on blue tooth. I could hear sound but no Mic I solved it by doing the following. Headset: turn it off On my Android: Turned off blue tooth on my paired Android in case it was an issues.
