Samsung S20 FE won’t connect to Life Q35 headset. I have reset my bluetooth, network etc. It finds the headphones but says it need app. I downloaded app but when I use it and go to the bluetooth screen it gives me the same message saying it needs an app.
Try this to make sure that you are connected correctly.
Try to lose the connection and reconnect to it.
I would also try uninstalling and reinstalling the app if you haven’t already
