My second week of quarantine involves steak, bratwurst, bacon, hamburgers, sausage, and ribs. I’m getting rid of the fresh stuff before it goes rancid :grin:

Well, I am glad I got my brother moved before they were to get more strict around here potentially. I guess that will fluctuate with the virus spreading.

Last week we stayed in but with some friends. This week just us and back at work. Shouldn’t be a huge deal, but the lengths we are going to in this country to avoid contagion are going to wreak havoc on the economy. They need to announce a reopening plan to go with this shutdown plan, “indefinitely” isn’t going to do the job.

Try to create a pizza!
Easy if you know how to make the dough an the Sugo
(Sugo: You could prepare more and add it to Spaghetti or Gnocci)
Try to get fresh yeast (better than the dried one)

I just Made a fresh pizza the other day. Topped with pepperoni, bacon on pulled pork.

I just really like meat, so I end up eating a lot of it. I also enjoy cooking new dishes.
