The serial number in the packaging box and headphone is the same. But the serial number in Android soundcore app is different. Is this normal? or Am i getting a refurbished unit?
My Anker Rave Mini and Rave Neo serial number are identical in both the unit and the App.

It sometimes happen. We had similar thread on community.
You can contact customer support by email service@soundcore.com to clear the issue

Unsure as to why it is different.
I will say that customer service does not use that number in the app. They will ask for the numbers off of the device.
Can contact Service@soundcore.com to verify why it is different and can let us know.
