i have libertyAIr earpods, baught them recently. they are very good but they keep shutting down by themselves in the middle of playing anything and they were fully chrged. have iphone 12, how can i solve this? thank you.

Do you by any chance have long hair or have hair that touches or covers the earbuds while you wear them? If so your hair is triggering the TouchPad and prolong contact will turn the earbuds off. I had experienced this with every earbuds that has touch controls I have tried
