When I got my buds I had difficulty getting them set up to play. After waiting through the weekend, their customer service techs had a couple of hiccups also, but we got them downloaded and going. I was using bose qc 2 for my gym workout. Some of the activities required me to use steel cables near my head, and the bose over ear was too large. The liberty air 2 pro has sound and notes I didn’t hear with bose. The percussion is sharper, the range of music in the entire song is like being in the studio when it was recorded. Now I look for excuses to wear them as they hold a charge for several hours, and not lost connections of weak contacts. Greatest earbuds ever, worth the money.
