Sound break and become very noisy many times

I experienced many times. When using Air 2 during the Webex meeting or team meeting or WeChat meeting, It suddenly became very noisy. The voice became very weak. Feeling that the connection between IPhone and air 2 is very weak. I have to put air back to dock to get recovery.

Using it with Android and have no issues. I suggest to reset earbuds. Hope it will help.
