hello, I just bought the sound core air 2 pro. I have 2 questions: 1) Is it possible to activate a voice guide when switching between the various noise reduction modes? 2) is it possible to manually turn the headphones off and on again? thank you

I think number one would need to be sent to the help desk and it could be sent to their techs. If they like it, they may try to implement it , either in these or future sets.

When you put in the case and close lid, it is off. If you want a reset, in the case and hit the button .
