Sound core liberty pro 2 sound low

I have bought liberty pro 2 . The sound output is coming low after the latest firmware update! Any leads to resolve it?

You can try resetting them by

  1. putting them back in the case
  2. close the case to let them turn off
  3. open the case but leave the earbuds in
  4. hold the power button on the case for 10 seconds until red lights flash on the earbuds 3 times.
    Try to see if there is any debris stuck in the speaker grill and clear it out.
    If this does not work try opening sound preferences on your device. Sometimes the sound preferences can be interfered with during updates. Once in sound preferences make sure everything looks normal.
    Also make sure to try the soundcore app for any settings that might have been tampered with.
