Soundcore 2 firmware

Hi,

I’m trying to update the firmware for my Soundcore 2 (A3105) but I can’t find the firmware file anywhere (it doesn’t appear in the Anker website when I download the updater tool).

Can someone please add a direct link to the file.

I do not have but would figure it would be there or soundcore but do not see.

I would contact service@soundcore.com and see what they say. It may be it is old enough that there is no u]date to it now

I just downloaded this firmware support and upgrade but it did not work
My Windows kept stating it would not detect

You bet I contacted Soundcore
Getting a refund.

I can find the upgrade software, and the instructions

But I can’t find the upgrade. Where did you get the upgrade? Dont use the Boost one as you’d risk bricking.

@anker907 Hey, there. Please note the firmware of the SoundCore 2 speaker can only resolve the delay issues, I wonder if you have encountered any problem with your Soundcore 2 speaker? If so, please give me more details about the problem to get our further assistance.

If your speaker doesn’t have delay issues, you don’t need to update the firmware and it won’t affect the performance of this speaker.
