I just got my soundcore 2 two days ago. I used it a little bit, then i was going to i charge it. I saw a red led I thought it’s normal, then I went to sleep and left the soundcore on charging. When I woke up it was still red, even though my app said it was full.
So it normal to have the red led on while charing even though it’s full? Or is the app wrong?

They are really glad to help you out of that issue.
I would change the charging block first but may change the cable as well.
If the cable or charging block are old are not working correctly, it may not be charging other than making it look as if it is charging. I have a charging tower that I know that is partially working and there is a port or two that is not working.
So try a new charger as it will be the first thing that support will probably ask you about…
