Soundcore boost speakers keep cutting in and out with a crackle

update: this issue still happens every time I switch on the speakers :frowning:

So every time I want to use them I have to reset each speaker, reconnect using TWS and then re-pair my mobile. I’ve tried with my galaxy s8 as well as my wife’s s22 ultra - it happens on both. It’s a hassle and can take at least a few minutes every time.

What’s even worse, the issue seems to recur after an hour or so, although it’s quite sporadic (cutting out a few times in a very short period, then not at all for minutes at a time).

I think I’m going to return them while I still can as presumably it must be hardware issue at this point or everyone would be having the same problem.

Not suggesting you don’t return / swap them, it’s your choice.

I’d just suggest delete all pairings and place these in the hands of someone else and let them try.

Sometimes you kick yourself as what is obvious for one person isn’t to another.
