update: this issue still happens every time I switch on the speakers
So every time I want to use them I have to reset each speaker, reconnect using TWS and then re-pair my mobile. I’ve tried with my galaxy s8 as well as my wife’s s22 ultra - it happens on both. It’s a hassle and can take at least a few minutes every time.
What’s even worse, the issue seems to recur after an hour or so, although it’s quite sporadic (cutting out a few times in a very short period, then not at all for minutes at a time).
I think I’m going to return them while I still can as presumably it must be hardware issue at this point or everyone would be having the same problem.
