Soundcore does not recognize Life Q30 on Samsung S20FE

I tried everything I could find on-line – even turning the A2DP off – but I wasn’t able to set up the device in soundcore app. At the same time, the headset is working with Mac. Please help!

Ask the support, they will help you.

I don’t believe the q30s have multipoint, maybe turn off Bluetooth connection to the Mac and try through the pairing process again with the Samsung.

I’d Contact Support if resetting them doesn’t help:
How do I reset Life Q30?
- Long press the power button and volume + button for 5 seconds.
- You will see a pink light flash twice, and then a blue light will flash quickly to show Life Q30 has entered into pairing mode.
