Soundcore Flare 2 firmware update

I’ve never had a Bluetooth speaker before. I just got it and it needs to update firmware, but it keeps saying error. Any suggestions?

I would probably forget the Bluetooth connection and reconnect. If it still, errors, I would uninstall/reinstall the app. If that doesn’t work, I would open a support ticket.
