Both of my earbuds will connect to my Bluetooth… but only one will play sound at a time. I can switch the sound between earbuds, but can’t hear at of both at the same time.

Buds have not paired as a pair.
Reset the buds and reboot phone and pair again. Remember to take the right bud out, connect, then immediately connect to the offer to pair the right bud.
