Soundcore liberty 3 charging case got wet

My liberty 3 charging case got wet and i can’t charge my earbuds anymore…anyone can help me to find new charging case😭

You could ask the support, may be they will offer you a replacement.
But I suppose it will be not free! :grin:

Thank you. I already asked the technical support and i’m just waiting for them to response. I hope they have charging case bec. Im just using my liberty 3 pro for almost 2 months😭

I am wondering how will they answer you ? mine is whistling in ANC and transparency. They are refusing to deal with it because “it wasn’t bought from our website” and influencers keep hyping its products as they were descended from heaven…

Customer service doesn’t work on weekends. So be patuent and wait till Monday

So some patience is needed.

There’s a thread (somewhere) of common spare replacements available to buy.

Either wait for a search to find it or support to appear Monday.

Pending that:

  • if anything gets wet just shake as much water out possible
  • don’t use it or charge it, that will move from hope it can work to no hope as inserting electricity into water just causes salt deposited via electrolysis and will permanently fail that which hasn’t yet failed. Salt is all around from humans, skin, etc.
  • leave in a warm windy place, so not direct sunlight, for a couple of days
  • turn around 3 times and spit (joking)
  • then when it’s been left for days drying in a warm not-hot breeze, try to use. You may get lucky.

Did you try to thoroughly Dry Out the case unplugged before tying to use it?
Most times it will work after that.

Depends on the type of water.
Salt water is bad.
Sweet water could work.
