Any liberty air 2 pro seems to always be at 75% battery even if i have kept it in the charging case for more than 2 hours. Is that normal? How do i fully charge it?

When you get them out of the case have you checked in the app to see what it shows about the battery life?
Have you tried giving them a reset to see if that helps?
Where are you reading that they are at 75% each earbud has its own charge level as well as the case having its own charge level. Resetting then usually solves most problems
