After pressing them a little too far in my ear the right earbud got super muffled, I have since tried resetting them and cleaning them with alcohol. It has only worked a little bit but is still unusable. Does anyone have a suggestion on how I could fix these or should I return them? I’ve had these for less than 2 weeks…

Sounds like you might have pushed earwax into them when you inserted it too far into your ear. Time to break out some hydrogen peroxide and clean them really good with that. The peroxide will break down the earwax and help restore the sound, where as alcohol just cleans the surface of them
