My headphones work silently. I tried to find problem in my phone but wasn’t successful in this. Once left head phone started working louder and then after on phone call the volume again got very low.

Often cleaning helps (ear wax).
Some here do it with H2O2 (Hydrogen peroxide) so far I remember.
Worse case… you have to contact service@soundcore.com but I would try this first.
You do a disconnect, turn off BT, do a reset of the devices, turn on the BT and reconnect.
If that does not work, I would verify that it happens on another device as well.
