Soundcore life p2 earbud not working at all

Greetings,
A few days ago the LED on my right life p2 earbud started continuously flashing red (not intermittent). A few hours after that it just stopped doing anything (it was not low on battery when this came about). I then noticed that it doesn’t even charge.
Anyone have any idea what happend here?

Hi Antonio,

First of all, have you tried cleaning the contacts of both the earbud and the charging case with isopropyl alcohol (or similar), to make sure that there is nothing preventing a good contact?

Also, this is from the manual…
You might need to reset the earbuds if you experience any connectivity problems or function issues . Place the earbuds into the charging case and make sure they are being charged. Press and hold the button on both earbuds for 3 seconds until the LED indicators flash red 3 times and then turn white.
