Soundcore Life P2 - intermittent sound

Sound keeps cutting in and out - ive tried to decoupledBT and reconnected multiple times. I have turned off BT and turned it back on after decoupling and recoupling

Any Ideas?

is it on MacOS- Catalina ? there are lot of known bluetooth issues on Catalina, there are already about 4-5 topics discussed here on Soundcore collective along with fixes

Used mine a few times on my MacBook Pro and haven’t had a drop out so far, have you tried a reset of BT module?

Does it happen when you connect it to other devices? For me its usually just has issues like this after connecting to a phone. I can close all the background apps and restart the phone. On the computers, it doesn’t have an issue. Then again they are windows 10 computers.

Yes it is Mac OS Catalina - thank you Shenoy - I will go check out those topics.

Eleent 321 - yea its when I switch devices.

I did a hard reset and paired with my mac book and now things seem to be fine. I have tried depairing and paring to another device yet but will post if it continues to have the same problems.

Appreciate all or your help.
